Entryways and Extremities Make a Statement .
The
front door is an element that greatly affects the authenticity of a façade.
Unfortunately front doors have not been well interpreted by commercial
manufactures. Front doors were designed as security barriers.
Failure to renew the finish work is the most likely cause of damage. Doors
should be finished on all six faces: top and bottom, two edges, back and front.
This prevents moisture intrusion, whish causes expansion and contraction, and
splitting and checking of wood panels. A well designed and crafted front
entryway will increase the value of a home ten to fifteen thousand above the
actual cost of it.
In previous centuries Kings and Queens had grand
entryways and other extremities specially designed and made in a way to reflect
their unique personalities.
Although
these days have long since passed, grand entryways and extremities are once
again coveted. Combining state-of-the-art computer-drafting software,
highly skilled carpenters, antiquing techniques and originality, European
Designs & Architectural Extremities provides the best of the past- - entryways,
interior doors, crown molding, pillars and cabinetry Old World Style, while
adding a touch of wonder like those once used by kings and queens of long ago.
What we are able to do with today’s modern, ever
changing world is reach back to the Renaissance Collection and bring back to the
new world, Old World designs and extremities.
Nothing created
by European Designs and their clients has ever been replicated. Every product
